On March 7, Malaysia¡¯s Wayaja Group reached an agreement with Chongqing¡¯s Banan District to spend 3.5 billion RMB in the district on the construction of a comprehensive Malaysian development park, a foreign investor activity center and an international cancer hotel.It is by far the largest investment by overseas Chinese in Malaysia. It is also the first time that a world-class foreign investor activity center will come into being in Chongqing. Wayaja Group is a large listed company in Malaysia, covering such industries as urban infrastructure, real estate, healthcare and timber processing.
